ENTRIES OPEN

ENTRY DEADLINE: The final day to submit an entry into the show is 26 April.

CATEGORIES: Artists may submit up to 5 works for consideration in each category:

• Category 1: DARA Student Work
  
• Category 2: DARA Extracurricular studies / sketches
  
• Category 3: Personal Work
  

It is required to submit work into Categories 1 OR 2 in order to participate in the show.

NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE:  Artists will be notified of which works are accepted into the show on 29 April. Work is selected by DARA's Core Instructors.

EXHIBITION DATES​​: Friday 24 May - Sunday 26 May 2024

DARA 1st Annual Students & Teachers Show 2024

• The show will feature art made by DARA's instructors as well as current and former students who have completed at least one course at DARA during the period of 2018 to 2024.
  
• Accepted art includes representational drawings and paintings made with traditional media during the period of 2018 to 2024.
  
• All artwork submitted for consideration must have been made by the applicant.
  
• It is not permitted to submit any work which was made under instruction from a school or course outside of DARA.
  
• Up to 5 works may be submitted into each Category.
  
• Work submitted into Category 3: Personal Work must be an original creation of the applicant; copies and/or works created under the guidance of an instructor are not permitted.
