Anton studied Interdisciplinary Art at Arizona State University, where he explored contemporary art practices, including performance, installation, and video. He furthered his studies in fine arts at Scottsdale Artists' School, where his work earned him scholarships to study with Ned Mueller, Camille Przewodek, and Romel de la Torre. Anton now regularly teaches workshops at Scottsdale Artists' School, Winslow Art Center, and the Tubac School of Fine Art, where his classes explore color theory approaches employed by Charles Hawthorne, Henry Hensche, Sergei Bongart, and Josef Albers. Anton's work is represented by the Maynard Dixon Legacy Museum in Mt. Carmal, Utah, and he recently won a Landscape Painting award at the Oil Painters of America National Exhibition.
