Discounts from DARA for 2026 - 2027
Discount for students registered for a Diploma-opleiding
To support our students who are studying for a diploma, you pay a reduced tuition fee for all courses in which you can earn credits for your diploma. You can compare the standard tuition fees and the discounted rates here.
Discount for non-diploma students enrolled in multiple courses
If you are not registered in a Diploma-opleiding, but you are enrolled in two or more courses during a trimester, your tuition fees are discounted by 5%.
21 and Under Discount
If you are age 21 or under, your tuition fees are reduced by 10%. You can combine this discount with one of the two discounts offered above.

Werktuig-PPO
Werktuig-PPO helps finance the continuing education and development plans for anyone who works in the creative or cultural sector, both employees as well as freelancers. DARA students who work in this sector may be eligible for a grant which covers one-third of the cost of tuition per course, and a maximum contribution of €2.000 per 12 months. This grant is currently available until the end of 2028.

This fund provides support for those from low-income households to be involved in the arts. You must have a registered address within the Netherlands. You can apply to the fund in your own region through the website.
